2023 Spring Mindful Way Workshop (February)
Welcome! You are registering for the Mindful Way Workshop. This workshop will focus on teaching participants core principles of mindfulness practice and ways to incorporate this practice into an overall self-care plan. In order to participate in the workshop, we ask that individuals commit to attending all 4 weeks of the workshop and practice the weekly skills outside of the workshop. The workshop will be held ONLINE and participants are expected to use video during the meeting. This workshop will meet over four consecutive weeks on Tuesdays 1:30pm - 3:00pm (CST) starting February 7th to February 28th

Can you attend the whole time for all date(s) of the workshop?
We will not be able to register you for this workshop since you are not able to attend all dates. Full participation in the workshop is ideal in order to gain the full benefits. Therefore, we recommend that you register for a future workshop when you can attend the entire time.
