2025 Summer Self-Compassion ONLINE workshop (June)


Welcome! You are registering for the Self Compassion Workshop. Self-Compassion is a 4-week workshop series designed to help you be less self-critical and more compassionate to yourself. The workshop will include interactive activities, journaling, guided meditations, and discussion among members. In order to participate in the workshop, we ask that students commit to attend 3 and ideally 4 weeks of the workshop and practice the weekly skills outside of the workshop. This workshop will be held online and participants are expected to use video during the meeting whenever possible. The workshop will be held on Wednesdays from 2:00-3:30 PM on: June 4, 11, 18 and 25.
