2021 Spring Koru Mindfulness Workshop (April)

Welcome! You are registering for the Koru Mindfulness Workshop. Koru Mindfulness is a 4-week workshop focused on teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management. In order to participate in the workshop, we ask that students commit to attend all 4 weeks of the workshop and practice the weekly skills outside of the workshop.
