2021 Summer Self-Compassion Workshop (July)
Welcome! You are registering for the Self Compassion Workshop. Self-Compassion is a 4-week workshop designed to help you be less self-critical and more compassionate to yourself. The workshop will include interactive activities, journaling, guided meditations, and discussion among members. In order to participate in the workshop, we ask that students commit to attend all 4 weeks of the workshop and practice the weekly skills outside of the workshop. This workshop will be held online and participants are expected to use video during the meeting. The workshop will be held on Tuesdays from 1-2:30 PM on:

Can you attend the whole time for all date(s) of the workshop?
We will not be able to register you for this workshop since you are not able to attend all dates. Full participation in the workshop is ideal in order to gain the full benefits. Therefore, we recommend that you register for a future workshop when you can attend the entire time.
