2021 Summer Self-Compassion Workshop (July)


Welcome! You are registering for the Self Compassion Workshop. Self-Compassion is a 4-week workshop designed to help you be less self-critical and more compassionate to yourself. The workshop will include interactive activities, journaling, guided meditations, and discussion among members. In order to participate in the workshop, we ask that students commit to attend all 4 weeks of the workshop and practice the weekly skills outside of the workshop.
